The great celebration of our gastronomy celebrates its 25th edition with an incredible edition in July.

If traveling is a pleasure, imagine doing it to taste the most exquisite cuisine in the world, according to the World Travel Awards. As we know that it is difficult to choose the region where to start, how about we recommend a place that will have several typical and emblematic recipes? We will celebrate our culinary heritage at Perú Mucho Gusto Tacna 2024, from July 26 to 28 at Parque Perú, 15 minutes from the city of Tacna.
The 25th edition of this gastronomic event will have several activities for the whole family, from delicious typical dishes from the 25 regions of the country to experiences to get closer to our incredible traditions. An inexplicable experience for the mind, but not for the palate!

Here we tell you everything you need to know to attend and what you will find at the celebration of that passion that unites us: gastronomy.

How to get?
It’s easy because we are 15 minutes from the city of Tacna. The Parque Perú esplanade is located in the Pocollay district, and will welcome you from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm, from July 26 to 28, with incredible attractions for the general public. Admission is free for everyone, and it is essential that minors attend accompanied by an adult. Fun for the whole family is guaranteed!

Will Peru Mucho Gusto only have gastronomic experiences?
It is a celebration, so there will be endless activities to enjoy. From your arrival you will be able to approach the different stands, with more than 105 exhibitors, divided into areas of restaurants, field kitchens, desserts, local products, drinks, bars, wineries, craft beers, bakeries, food trucks, crafts and tourism. There will also be showcooking or cooking master classes, parades, live rock bands, Amazonian cumbia, Andean pop, salsa, Creole music, tunantada and fusion. The fair will have a star area dedicated to the regions of Ayacucho and Junín, commemorating the bicentennial of the independence of Peru and will show the diversity of its culture, sales and craft workshops for children and adults, featured products such as potatoes, coffee, quinoa and cocoa; will also feature live musical shows, theater, activations and more.
What do we recommend seeing in this heroic region?
Take note: Paseo Cívico de Tacna, Valle Viejo – Miculla Tourist Corridor, the Tarata district, Valley of the Geysers and more. At the fair you will have the opportunity to access incredible offers to get to know the region and other destinations in the country.
